Unravelling The Year Ahead: 2015.

Unravelling 2015.

What sort of rituals do you have for New Years? A cleanse, a polar bear swim, a list of resolutions?

I like to set aside an afternoon to complete Susannah Conway’s Unravelling the Year Ahead 2015 journalling workbook. I’ve posted a link to this for the last couple of years and I want to share her newest version again this year. Now that the parties are over and the extended family has started to head home, try to find at least a few hours to yourself to let go of 2014 and make some room for all the new beginnings 2015 has to offer.

Whatever you don’t want to bring into the new year with you, leave it here. Collect all the cobwebs from the last 12 months and shake ’em off, shake ’em out, and let ’em go. Dance around the block, take a cleansing bath, do whatever you need to do to visualize all that isn’t serving you anymore released from your body. This will leave you feeling lighter and more open to the year ahead.

I hope everyone had a wonderful New Years! Happy 2015!

  • I don’t have much of any ritual, despite giving myself a little pamper I wish I did have something else to give me more closure on the past year, you definitely don’t want to bring the old into the new year. :)

    • I agree, I think you would really enjoy this little journaling workbook. Happy New Year :)

  • Happy New Year! I don’t tend to make resolutions but love the look of this journal workbook :) I’ve been loving my Daily Greatness Journal so far :) x

  • Oh thanks for sharing that workbook! I recently purchased this book called ‘The Desire Map’. I’ve not had the chance to work on it yet, but the basis is helping you find out how you want to FEEL about your life, rather than specific material goals. :)

    • Oh I’ve heard of that! By Danielle LaPorte? She’s a local gal here, really popular. I should read that, excited to see what you think of it. xo

  • cant wait to check this out, it seems totally up my alley!
