Ruby Woo Breakfast Smoothie.

1/2 grapefruit
1 beet
2 celery stalks
1/3 cucumber (peeled)

handful of spinach
sprig of basil
1/4 avocado
1 tbsp VEGA natural protein
1/3 cup frozen blueberries or ice

Juice the first 4 ingredients and add the liquid in a blender with the rest.
Blend until smooth, sprinkle with chia seeds, enjoy!

GRAPEFRUIT is rich in vitamin C, which is necessary for collagen production in the skin. It’s also rich in Vitamins A and E so it works to even skin tone and brighten the complexion. 

BEETS naturally help to flush our the lymphatic system, which removes toxins from the body, and brightens your skin and eyes!

The folate found in SPINACH helps maintain and repair DNA and the extra water in the leafy greens helps to plump the skin and prevent wrinkles.

The monounsaturated fats in AVOCADO help maintain good moisture levels in your skin that give it that soft and healthy look. Omega-9 fats found in avocados also help to reduce skin redness and irritation.

The vitamins in BLUEBERRIES can neutralize and normalize oil levels in your skin, making it more radiant and less likely to produce sebum (a natural oil created to combat dryness that causes acne).
