Yoga In a Jar - Matcha Mylk | The Fig's Heart.

A beverage suitable for the gods. This drink provides strength, wisdom, and nourishment to the body, mind, and spirit. It is grounding for the mind, balancing for the body, and uplifting for the spirit. The whole process from making to drinking it is a beautiful ritual.

I love the flavour of Matcha powder. It’s the perfect blend of cozy, wild, earthy, and vibrant. This special matcha-mylk latte isn’t served hot but if you’re really craving a warm drink you could heat it up on the stove. Try it raw first though, it’s surprisingly fulfilling.

Yoga In a Jar - Matcha Mylk | The Fig's Heart.

(Serves 2)
1 cup filtered water
3 cups coconut water
1/4 cup organic raw coconut
1/2 cup raw almonds or cashews
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds

Soak the raw coconut and seeds/nut blend of choice in the coconut water. 
Combine this mixture in the blender and strain through a nut-mylk bag.

1 tsp organic maple syrup
1 tsp raw maca root powder
1/2 tsp cardamom
pinch of Himalayan pink salt
1 tbsp organic Matcha powder
1 tsp vanilla (or paste from 1 vanilla bean)

Pour the strained nut-mylk back into the blender. Add the above
ingredients and blend well. Pour into your favourite mug/jar and enjoy!
